  • Responsible for the accounting, finance and compliance activities of Forty2, LLC and its affiliates, funds and other investment programs
  • Oversees investor reporting, fund and company accounting as well as all banking relationships
  • Prior to joining Forty2, LLC, served as an Assistant Global Comptroller for ICS-Deloitte Consulting
  • Spent over 12 years in public accounting and related consulting with the accounting firm of Thomas Havey, LLP, where he was a Senior Manager and responsible for audit and related matters for many of the firm’s commercial and pension fund clients
  • Served as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps (1984-1988) where he was selected for the rank of Captain
