The Role
As our Apartment Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the physical integrity of our properties. This position involves a variety of maintenance duties aimed at providing a safe, functional, and appealing living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies, providing solutions that prioritize resident safety and comfort.
- Perform routine inspections of apartments and common areas to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with the property management team to prepare apartments for new residents.
- Uphold environmental and safety standards in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has proven experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of various building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Holds a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation.
- Is available for on-call emergencies.
