Service Technician

The Apartment Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring resident satisfaction by maintaining high ‘white-glove’ standards. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with maintenance repairs
• Conducting maintenance audits (e.g., smoke detectors, lights)
• Performing painting and power washing tasks
• Running errands as needed
• Upholding high aesthetic standards within the community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and write in English
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
