We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Apartment Service Engineer to join our team in Farragut, TN.

Key Responsibilities

As the Lead Apartment Service Engineer, you will:

• Perform and direct maintenance personnel in the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, motor vehicles, and equipment to meet Forty2’s standards of service.
• Ensure impeccable overall community aesthetics.
• Develop and enforce preventative maintenance plans.
• Conduct routine inspections and proactive risk management.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 5-7 years of experience in property management or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on training.
• HVAC Certification with 2-4 years of hands-on HVAC systems repair experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience in grounds management and quality control in multifamily or commercial developments.
• CPO Certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Exceptional customer engagement and relationship-building results.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations, including MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and on-site systems for service ticket management and reporting.
• Professional appearance and overall demeanor.
• Preferred knowledge of OneSite and ‘lease up’ experience.
